Shipping Provider All orders from TOLE studio are shipped via DHL Paket.

Processing Time Personalized and engraved items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@tolestudio.com with photos of the damage.
